WHEREAS, the Town of Shandaken Town Board held a Public Hearing on this date at 6:00 PM to hear all those present on the 2012 Amended Preliminary Town Budget.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board adopt the Amended Preliminary Budget as the Town of Shandaken=s Annual Budget for 2012, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of the 2012 Annual Budget be filed with the County of Ulster.
