Town Law requires all dogs residing in Shandaken must be licensed. A valid rabies certificate is required. Dogs MUST be leashed when not on your property. Dogs are Not allowed to run at large. No extended, Excessive barking

Cat Spay Available for Shandaken Residents (full time) $35 – Purchase voucher at Town Clerk’s Office. Use at the Mobile Vet Van.
The Mobile Vet Van no longer comes to Town Hall – BUT they will honor a Shandaken Spay Voucher for cats at their other locations. Closest to us would be the Walmart parking lot. They are there on a regular basis.
