The Town Board met this date as per Resolution #110, with the following members present:  Supervisor Stanley, Councilman Bernstein and Bartlett.  Councilmen Jordan and Malloy absent.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Shandaken Town Board will hold a Special Town Board Meeting on September 19, 2011 at 3:00 pm.  The Purpose of this meeting will be to hire a Flood Mitigation Consultant.    This meeting will be held at the Town Hall, 7209 Route 28, Shandaken, New York.

Motion by Supervisor Stanley to close Special Meeting and enter into an executive Session, to discuss proposals for the flood mitigation, seconded by Councilman Bartlett, all in favor, motion carried.

Motion by Supervisor Stanley to close Executive Session, seconded by Councilman Bernstein, all in favor, motion carried.

Motion by Supervisor Stanley to reopen Special Town Board Meeting, seconded by Councilman Bernstein, all in favor, motion carried.

Motion by Supervisor Stanley to higher Tetra Tech of 1000 The American Road, Morris Plains, New Jersey  07950, to be paid from the $102,500 grant, seconded by Councilman Bartlett, all in favor, motion carried.

Motion by Councilman Bernstein to adjourn Special Town Board meeting, seconded by Councilman Bartlett, all in favor, motion carried.
