The Town Board met this date as per notice in the official Town Newspaper with the following members present:  Supervisor Stanley, Councilmen Bartlett, Bernstein, Jordan and Malloy.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Shandaken Town Board will hold a Public hearing pursuant to §109-6(a) of the Code of the Town of Shandaken.  The Public hearing will be held on December 5, 2011, 6:50 pm at Shandaken Town Hall located at 7209 Route 28, Shandaken, New York.  The purpose of this hearing is to hear all those present on the Extension of Logging Permit for Upper Esopus Fish & Game Association, Oliverea, New York

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Shandaken Town hall is assessable to the physically impaired.

Supervisor Stanley explained that a permit is only good for one year, this permit was issued a year ago and due to weather and budget constraints the work did not get completed, so this is just an extension or re issue.

Motion by Supervisor Stanley to adjourn the public hearing on the logging permit for the Upper Esopus Fish & Game Club, seconded by Councilman Jordan, all in favor, motion carried.
