NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Shandaken Town Board will hold a Special Town Board Meeting on May 11, 2011 at 10:00 am. The Purpose of this meeting will be to adopt a resolution to set a Special Town Board Meeting to discuss a zoning amendment. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall, 7209 Route 28, Shandaken, New York.

WHEREAS the Town of Shandaken Town Board set up for a special meeting on May 24th 2011 at 6pm to discuss issues in the Town and
WHEREAS due to conflicts, the Tome of the meeting needs to be changed to Wednesday, May 25th 2011 at 6pm
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board acknowledges this change of date and asks that the advertising for the meeting reflect the change of date.
AND MOVES ITS ADOPTION
