Town Board Special Meeting March 27, 2025 6:30

Mtn Jam Event Chet 5 LLC – The Town was asked to be their lead agency in their SEQR, (State Environmental Quality Review). Discussion was held. Due to Chet5 time constraints on their filing of forms, we need to decide before our next monthly meeting,(April 7), and have their paperwork checked by our attorney, etc.
On a Kneissl/Disclafani motion, the town board voted to have another Special Meeting to address this issue and any other Town business at a meeting to be held on Thursday March 27, 2025 at 6:30.
