Meeting Dates: Regular meetings are usually scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm. Special Meetings and Hearings scheduled by the Planning Board are posted in the Legal Notice Section of the Ulster County Press and on the Notices page of the Town website.
Description: The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of 5 Volunteer Members, each with staggered 5 year terms. They are responsible for hearing cases regarding Area Variances, Use Variances, Interpretations and then making determinations on whether they should be granted.
